I forgot to put my reference number on my documents. What can I do?

If you have a tracking number, please use the Track My Package option in My Account (under your account timeline).  If you are encountering issues with the Document Tracker, please contact our Customer Service team and provide all the tracking details.

If you had your documents sent via standard post, our staff will manually match your documents with your reference number. Please monitor My Account for status updates.
